Took my vehicle for scheduled maintenance at the dealership. They said I needed brake pads & machine rotors AND eventually a timing cover reseal to the tune of $5,300! Decided to get a second opinion from Andy at Austin Automotive. Turns out I needed NONE of that and he didn't even charge me for the inspection. This shop is so honest, transparent, and professional in a business where ripping people off is a common practice. YOU CAN TRUST THIS SHOP to tell it to you straight. I will bring my vehicle here next time it needs any kind of work done.

Great service and friendly staff just wasn’t able to take on my issue unfortunately a shop just down the road got the job done ✅ fast in the defense of this place I understand why they felt the risk was to great to take on so they had to decline doing the work I’m glad they were upfront and honest but they could of discounted my diagnostic when they weren’t able to perform the task to troubleshoot the actual problem for that they get 4 stars ⭐️ but they do operate a five star quality.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review Joshua! We're sorry we couldn't help you out more, but we prioritize honesty with our customers first. Don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything else we can do for you!

My car broke down at night and was over an hour away when the tow truck took it to them. They worked with me and the driver on getting things organized. Then over the weekend I was in a car wreck and broke my arm. They worked with me again on everything and held the car until I could come get it. Forrest and the rest of the crew were super friendly and I am very appreciative of them going the extra mile to help out.

I was changing my battery and dropped a rod that secures the battery in the engine bay. I couldn't find the rod and gave a call to Austin's Automotive Specialists. I drove over and they helped me fish the rod out and secure the battery. Very friendly and helpful!

Thanks for coming to us Dylan! Glad to have you as a customer!

About 8 months back I had issues with my brakes. Nissan Rogue - Manager informed that they need to resurface front rotors and change all brake pads for $610. I got that done and made a mistake of not checking the bill thoroughly and they only changed front brakes for the same amount - $610. When I realized I went back to check and they told that I am mistaken and estimate was for only front brakes. Just for reference I checked with my friend who got the same work done on his car (Honda Accord) from Kwik Kar - for all 4 rotors resurfaced and brake pads changed (Charged 700). Please ensure to take estimates in written ! Don't make the same mistake I did. I will avoid this place in future.

Shubham, we use quality parts and real certified technicians. Sorry you are unhappy.
