I had my air conditioner “repaired” at the shop 4 weeks ago, only for it to stop working. Took car back in and they said they can fix for another $1,000, on top of the $500 I already paid. They didn’t honor the work/labor previously done. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this shop and will not bring my vehicles back here again

Patrick, please read the notes on your invoice. We replaced an o-ring and a schrader valve. We then evacuated and recharged your system. We also did not refuse to honor our warranty on the previous work done. what we found was an additional not related top the services we provided. If a plumber fixes a leaking faucet on the side of your house that doe not mean you have a warranty on the faucet inside your house. Had you let us repair the new issue we would have gladly performed the evacuation and recharge that would have been required free under warranty, saving you money.
