I had an odd issue with my 2011 F-150 and was turned away by the Ford house and multiple other shops. Came here and experienced some of the best customer service and knowledgeable folks around. They were fair with parts and labor and will be bringing all of our vehicles here from now on. Thanks again guys, love having my truck back and working!

Thank you Brandon! See you next visit.

Nice guys, and my appointment time for an alignment for my Porsche Cayman required no wait. I did specifically state the type of car that I was bringing in, and I was told that they could handle it without issues, but after a 40 mile drive to the shop (and back), low and behold the design of their ramp does not alow a vehicle with less than 5" to 6" or so ground clearance to be able to get on it. My car has 3" ground clearance; there are many other sports oriented cars with similar clearance limitations. So potential similar customers, beware. Here is a further note, following the shop's response: My car's ride heigth is STOCK, as is the rest of the car. I should have been warned about this BEFORE having to drive 40 miles to see if it fit your ramps.

Cw we are not a speed shop or custom shop. Nor do we service modified vehicle. Sometime we do not know how low a car sits until we can see it.

I was so impressed with the customer service here. Robert helped me out with getting a new battery and it literally took 10 minutes. He was very kind and helpful and I really appreciated that especially after having so many car troubles recently. Highly recommend this place!

Thank you Allison!!

These guys are great! They are spot on when they look at your car. Their prices are reasonable. I took my daughter’s car there thinking we might need to replace the cv joints. They looked it over & found the cause of the noise. They said they could do the work for $900+ but it wasn’t a safety issue. But they did give me recommendations of things to make the car safe before she drives it to college. It wasn’t cheap, but it was a fraction of the price a dealership would have charged me. I’ve always been treated respectfully there (no condescending treatment b/c I’m a female). Every time I’ve taken a car there, I feel like their main goal is to help people get their cars running safely.

Thank you Jennifer!

I felt Joe was very honest in providing me an assessment of what I needed. No service performed at this time.

Very honest. I took my truck to a Toyota dealership and they told me I needed new brakes. So I took it to Austin's Automotive and they checked my brakes (free of charge) and said they were fine - no need for repair. So when I do eventially need breaks, I'll be going to Austin Automotive Specialists. 👍

Thank you Lars. I have heard this same story form many of our new customers, formally Toyota dealership customers.
