Melissa and the team do an amazing job together. She is extremely honest and at the same time worries about the customer, giving the best recommendation and warning you for possible costs later in the future. She is the best example of a customer centric professional, and this is what makes me want to always come back to this shop. And the mechanics on the other hand always do a spotless job.

This place takes forever. They need to hire more staff. I came here before several times and never had to wait so long to get an oil change. Only one person answering phones and taking in walk-ins. Unsatisfied with the customer service.

Nick and his team feel like family!

I had my car towed here after experience a flashing engine light and a shaking car. They called me within an hour and let me know that nothing was wrong with my car lol. I got my oil change and my car is working just fine, but I really appreciated how kind all of the guys were. I am always super skeptical about car places but these guys put my mind at ease. If I ever experience any *real* car issues, I will definitely be coming back here. I can't remember his name but he helped me out at the front desk and was extremely kind and helpful.

This place was great in every respect. I ran over a curb and damaged my tie rod right around the corner from them. I very carefully drove my car to their parking lot when I noticed their sign.They were willing to put my car on the rack and look at the damage right away. They figured out the problem, ordered the original BMW part and had it all fixed three days later. Everyone who worked there was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I can't thank them enough and was so fortunate to have had my accident right near their shop.
