They were fantastic! Got my car in the same day. Found the correct problem with AC and fixed it under $600. I had initially gone to Lamb's on William Cannon, but they lied to me and said l needed a new Blower Motor Assembly for $1200. I knew that was wrong as the blower was working fine on all 4 speeds. It was blowing fine, just hot. I strongly recommend Southwest Automotive Specialists. They are fast, fairly priced and have a terrific professional attitude.

Melissa is always honest about what really needs to be fixed and she will actually bring you into the shop and explain in detail what they are doing! I won’t take my car anywhere else and I’m grateful to finally have found some trusting people who aren’t trying to screw you over!

Just got my skid plate reattached here. The front desk worker was very informative and transparent with the work, price, and the estimated time for the work. Not to mention that the price was very reasonable.

Amazing service, quick response, friendly and knowledgeable communication, and I left feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders! The skid plate on my car had come lose and after stressing about the cost and inconvenience to have it fixed or replaced, I left AAS with a completely repaired skid plate in less than 15 minutes and comfort knowing that I could get back to my busy life.
