After bad experiences with other companies (not mentioning any names, but they should be called the Satan Sisters if you know what I mean) Austin Automotive really set the bar. They will tell you what you need and what you should get done in the future. They don’t add extra things to make a buck. Not ever using anyone else.

Great customer service here, I had my car towed her for transmission problems and had talked to Terrence and he explained to me that they only replace transmissions and instead of trying to sell me a new one he suggested to have it repaired and did not charge me for diagnosing it and even referred me to a place that could help, not only that but they also dropped my car off at the other shop free of charge. Would definitely recommend this place, very honest and nice people here. Definitely bringing my car here again if I have issues.

They always tell you exactly what is wrong, and it is clear they charge you for exactly what they are doing, nothing more.
