Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

Andy took care of me and the repair was covered under warranty. They got my truck back to me with a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint is that I had to make an appointment for my repair and this was two weeks out. I was not able to use my truck during this time Since I was under warranty I could not take it elsewhere. I don't know what the solution to this is. Maybe more mechanics or more stalls or both not sure. It does put the customer at a disadvantage when he can not use his vehicle for two weeks. I saw a customer walk out because he refused to wait. Business lost can not be good. All in all besides the wait to get repaired I am a happy camper! Thanks Andy!

Great experience with AAS. I was able to schedule online, which I like, and the folks working the counter were friendly and efficient. Whole thing was fast and pleasant.

Routine oil change here. I drove off and white smoke started coming out everywhere. Drove back and they determined the oil filter wasn't on right and oil was everywhere burning off. It was frustrating to not have the basics covered. Attention to detail on these small things is super important because how can I trust them with anything more complicated? 2 stars because they fixed it but no way I can recommend this place.
