AA hasn't been able to fix my car issues the last 3 times I have been in. (even a vehicle inspection) To their credit, they are honest and they do good work but communication could be improved.

Took 2 days for estimate. Did not do repairs after sticker shock for repair. Paid $125 for diagnostic that I had already given them codes when dropped vehicle off

Hey Joel, we're sorry to hear you had a poor experience with us. You did let us know what was wrong with the vehicle, however we perform diagnoses to ensure we are catching any and all issues. You declined all repairs and picked up your car the day after you dropped it off.
