Melissa is an incredibly honest, articulate, and empathetic manager. She worked with me to explain current and potential future issues, helped we walk through various options and let me leave my vehicle with them while I figured out how to proceed. A very kind person and a well run shop. As long as they are open I will be taking my car here for any issues.

Brought my car in figuring it would be an all day affair, couldn't have been more wrong, in an out in about two hours. Melissa was very knowledgeable, she knew exactly what the problem was when I gave her the details. And it was the classic, got the car there and the car was running fine, check engine light was out.....

I used to like this place but last time they charged me over 400 bucks for 2 break pads and 2 rotors. This is ridiculous. That's how you lose customers. Will never go back there again
