My truck battery died on Saturday afternoon. Called Austin Automotive and they said bring it in. The replaced the battery tested the alternator and while we were waiting, they did the state inspection on my wife's car. The battery and installation was $120 cheaper that the Chevy dealer who wouldn't have it ready until Monday evening.

Very professional job done. Solved my problem. But as am inexperienced person I didn't like the lack of transparency regarding the possible overpricing of the parts used to fix my car. The prices on the Internet varied from 30 to 200, and they charged 200, the exact max. This would not be a problem if they just explained to me with more transparency why this is, but as they didn't, they still have much to improve in my opinion! 4 stars.
