I always take my truck to these guys and they always take great care of it. Prices are good too, they do not try to sell you on service you dont need. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

These guys take good care of you and have fair prices. They give you a from the neighborhood feel.

Everyone here was really nice. They let me know right away how bad the condition of my truck was before they kept doing any further testing. This allowed me to cancel any other diagnostics before having to pay for them. This came in handy since I ended up having purchase a new vehicle!

I went in for a car inspection and had mentioned my air bag security light had come on in my car. They looked into what the problem could be and figured out my car had a recall on it for the issue. I’m so naive to car problems and probably would have paid for something that had a recall to be done for free! These guys were efficient and honest, which is what everyone needs for car services. They even reached out to the dealership for me to ask about the recall and told them I’d be heading up there. I will definitely be back!

Last minute wheel alignment before the end of the year, we called around and everything was booked. The moment we called Austin automotive we had great customer service! Eric, the tech, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable in his job and even worked out a pickup schedule with us since we were traveling! He called us and kept us updated through the whole process as we were out of town! Highly recommend this place!

So far they’ve been absolutely wonderful! I was driving down The nearby highway when I heard a terrible noise coming from my car. I pulled over and saw the underside of my car had come loose & was dragging. I looked up and saw this place and pulled in. Russell the manager immediately took a look and told me what was going on. He & his staff did a temporary fix so I could Safely drive around until I could get it in for an appointment the next morning for a more permanent fix. The next morning I brought it in and my car was Fixed quickly & efficiently. The following day something completely different came loose on my car! Likely due to the first thing being knocked loose. So back to AAS I went. Russell again greeted me & immediately has his staff tend to my car. They checked their previous work and determined that that was fine and that this was something completely different and explained/showed all of that to me. They again temporarily fixed it so I could drive it until my upcoming appointment. I liked that they were friendly, got me in quickly, but at the same time were respectful of their current customers’ time, they’re communicative & explained all they did & showed me the parts, and they did this in a timely manner. I also found their estimated times were accurate , which is helpful when planning . We’ll see how my upcoming appointment goes but I would be surprised if it turned out anything but great . So far I am very impressed! Highly recommend!

Manager was very kind and very helpful. I needed my outer tie rod greased and he was able to get me in and take care of it for free. Other places where wanting to charge 20-30 dollars for the service. I will definitely be going back for maintenance repairs on my vehicle.
