Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

I had a great experience with this place. I had my brakes replaced. Jim gave me an exact price and time it would be finished. It was done on time and for the price he quoted me. I will definitely return for other repairs.

This was my first trip to this location and the service was top notch. I feel that Jim went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the repairs.

Just moved to the area and decided to give this shop a try. I found them to be very honest and had my truck finished on time. I will be back and will recommend them.

I was highly impressed with this shop. I have dealt with some shady car shops in the past. This first one in awhile I have felt is honest and trustworthy. Jim clearly explained what was wrong with my car and gave me options. It was fixed correctly and in a timely manner. I could tell the staff really enjoy the work they are doing and it is reflected in the quality of work they deliver. I highly recommend them without reservation.

I have an older Mercury that needs work to keep going. I have used Austin's Automotive Specialistss for a few years now and have been very happy with the way they have treated me. I think their prices are fair and I have never felt taken advantage of. They have earned my loyalty.

My son's car broke down last night in wee hours of the morning. I called and spoke to Jim and he told me as soon as the car arrives, after being towed they would take a look. They immediatley diagnosed the problem, had the car fixed and ready to go, when they said they would. Jim was extremely nice on the phone, my son said the entire staff was very nice. I don't know anything about Austin, but it sure was nice to be reassured they would handle everything. They did exactly that, and the pricing was fair and not over priced! Thank you so very much! Trust is hard to come by these days, but they have mine. As long as my son is attending college in Austin, they will have all our business for his car!

Great place for an oil change and the staff is very helpful. They are honest with their prices, and I have been happy with the synthetic oil.
