No complaints about the mechanics. I spent $2K to have our Lexus fixed. It's the phone calls. The guy has been condescending and bordering on rude each time, and wouldn't answer a clear question this last time: "What is a rough estimate for replacing a cylinder 1 spark plug for a Saab SUV?" Refused to quote for 10 minutes, despite saying it's a simple job, then coming up with all the reasons it might not work. Yes, I understand the scope might be greater than what we're talking about. What's the quote if we start there? No answer. Other shops quoted me directly. Thanks anyway.
Hi Charlie. Apologies if you felt our advisor was condescending as that is never our intention. Welcoming, outstanding customer service is the standard we set every day. If we didn't live up to that, we are sorry. In regards to offering a quote over the phone, often times it's very difficult to provide an accurate quote based on the situation and vehicle. This was one of those cases. But, we should have handled the situation better and will take your feedback as an opportunity to get better.
