We were in a tight spot on Saturday afternoon after our car blew a tire. Since the insurance company gave this address to use, we had the tow company take the car there. Since Austin's Automotive doesn't fix tires, Nick went above and beyond by calling the tire place down the street, Joshua took the tire off, took the tire and us to the tire place to get a new tire. He then loaded up the tire, took us back to Austin's Automotive and replaced it on the car. We honestly don't know what we would have done had these true gentlemen not stepped up and given us a hand. SO nice to know that there are people like this around. Can not thank them enough!

Very expensive. $900 just to replace a radiator! I wish I had gone somewhere else. Someone told me they took advantage of me because I'm a woman.

I went in for a tire change and alignment as my car was a bit shaky, and they helped me super quickly. As someone new to the area, it’s always great to have a mechanic or company you can trust to do right by you, and these are my go-to people now. If you’re new to Austin, I highly recommend them as your go-to shop.

As always, Andy and all the guys at Austin Automotive Specialist on William Cannon Drive, take great care of me and all of my family's vehicles. In this case, our daughters' 17 year-old Toyota Yaris was the 'family vehicle' needing the repairs. The repairs and service were done right, completed quickly and professionally, with also the personal touch that gives me peace of mind. Also in this case, when I questioned about the priority of the repairs, Andy told me that if it were his daughters' car, he would have the repair done. That was all that I needed to hear to 'give me my peace of mind.' Once again, OUTSTANDING Work ! Thank you guys very much ! ! Jeff
