Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

I took my car in to have broken AC compressor bolts removed which broke off in the engine block. This was due to hiring a shadetree mechanic to install a much needed new AC compressor. Problem is the shady mechanic did not do the job right the first time and a week later the compressor vibrated loose braking two of the four mounting bolts off into the block also shredding the belt! This is the result of not hiring professionals in the first place. After the guy stood me up and did not fix his own mistake, I then took my car to Austin's Automotive Specialist. I was originally quoted 4 day as the shop had to order the replacement bolts. To my surprise Russel the store manager called me back the very next day and let me know my car was ready. Austins Automotive Specialist finished the job 4 days ahead of schedule and were very professional in the matter. Thanks to all the staff at Austin's Automotive Specialist for a job well done! Going forward this will be my go to shop for my Automotive repairs and maintenance needs! Two thumbs up and a 5 Star rating for this establishment! Richard Acosta!

Great experience and service working with Austin Automotive. They were able to replace my battery and perform a few other recommendations and have my vehicle back to me in 24 hours. They were even kind enough to give me a ride back home so I didn’t have to have somebody come pick me up.
