Anthony & Blake are amazing, I was scared to bring my car in after a bad experience with another shop. I explain to Anthony what was going on with my vehicle took them a day to figure out the issue, he didn’t try to push me into fixing other parts that do need attention soon. His prices are unbeatable 🙏 thank you so much for the great work I will be back soon.

This was my second experience with Austin Automotive Specialists. It took a little longer than I had hoped, but unfortunately part availability was and will likely be an ongoing problem in the future for most shops. Brandon communicated well, and I’m pleased with the results. Will use again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Austin Automotive Specialists. I took my car in for a clicking noise in the engine, and they claimed the problem was related to the AC system, with the only way to fix it being a full replacement. I paid for the service, but my AC, which worked perfectly before, stopped functioning properly afterward. I returned to the shop 3 times after the initial service to get it fixed, and each time they have failed to resolve the issue they caused. Now I'm left without AC in 100+ degree weather. I’ve lost trust in their ability to provide competent service and won't be returning. Despite the frustration, I will say Blake and Anthony were kind and helpful throughout the process, but ultimately I just wanted my car fixed.

You have every right to have lost trust and we will do whatever it takes to earn that back from you.
