Even with limited staff, Austin Automotive was able to get my car towed, evaluated, and repaired within 48 hours. I was worried my car needed major repairs, but it turned out the battery was dead. Austin Automotive kept me informed along the way, and they conducted another engine test after charging the battery to make sure there weren't other issues. I returned for an oil change and inspection and received great service! They even printed out a copy of my insurance so that I'd have a physical copy in my car.
