Honest, Thorough, and Top Notch Customer Service. A friend of mine who is a long-time customer referred me to Austin Automotive Specialists and I am so impressed with their service. Andy took the time to ask important questions, and set up my appointment. When I arrived that day, Alex got me signed in and also took the time to find out more about the issues, and was very personable and knowledgable. Andy was very thorough with regard to inspecting the car and I truly appreciated his taking the time to communicate with honesty and integrity. What impressed me even more was that I waited in the lobby, each and every customer that called in or came through the door received the same high quality, honest, friendly service. Fast and friendly

I took my car to AAS for an engine replacement due to a vehichle manufacturer not honoring the program to replace an engine that was leaking oil. Andy, Cameron and the rest of he crew fixed up my car in record time after it had sat at a dealership for 2-1/2 months waiting approval to be repaired. I was very grateful for the quick turnaround as I had been in a rental for 2-1/2 months. They are knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. They do care about the customer and their vehicle. I will be using this shop for all my future automotive maintenance and repairs. Andy is a top notch manager and runs his shop like a professional. He not only cares about the customer but also about his employees. AAS has a customer for life! Thanks again to Andy and his crew for a wonderful experience with a frustrating situation!
