Was really hoping this was going to be a good place to take my vehicle but I couldn't be more wrong. Took my vehicle in to have a diagnostic check on my AC. They tried to run the diagnostic but due to a ground cable issue they couldn't run the diagnostic. I completely understood and everything Russell said made sense. The problem I had was when you give me a $1200 ➕️ estimate over the phone on changing a ground cable that only cost $175 dollars at the dealer and it only took me a hour and a half to do the work myself. You said that the cable was really difficult to get to but I didn't have an issue. Also your tech forgot to put the screws back into my air box. When I told you of course you say that he put the car completely back together. I know this car inside and out and I never just let anyone work on it. People work hard for their money and they really put a lot of trust in places like this. Vehicles are like another language to most people and they have no clue on what you are talking about but they just want or need it fixed. Please be mindful and have a heart before trying to overcharge people for repairs. Responding to the owners response. It's funny you say that because I asked for the printed estimate and all you guys could give me was a receipt for the diagnostic that I paid for with a writeup with the issue that I had explained to him. Everything else just says declined. And just an FYI, the battery was brand new and it didn't need any servicing. Also the ground cable is just one piece so I didn't understand why you have it listed as 4 pieces. Anyway I took my vehicle to a competitor to fix all my other issues that I was having at a very fair price.
