Pretty darn honest place! I have always been impressed, and this is the only car place I can say that for. They won’t bucks and dime you and while they do tell you everything that may need to be eventually fixed they don’t guilt trip you if you choose to wait on a few items. The manager is a really great guy.

I've been here for maintenance on my car and inspections on my motorcycle for years now and have never had a bad experience. Unless I move I'll continue to keep coming back.

I worked with Terrance the service advisor and the shop manager Andrew. Both were very professional and helpful. I felt the estimate they provided for my brakes was fair and honest and they were willing to beat the competitors labor estimate. I felt like they appreciated my business and followed up with me in a timely manner. The only recommendation I would make, is that some type of shuttle service be provided for customers.

Anthony and team took great care of my Honda (Meiling). I've been going to the Parmer location for at least 10 years. They used to take care of my previous car, Hilda (Benz C230). I guess a two year battery shouldn't keep you on the road for 5 years. Lol! Austin Automotive Specialist provide expeditious and professional servicesm which makes returning so easy! Thanks Guys!!!
