Hands down the best experience with auto service I've ever had. As someone who knows very little about cars, finding someone to trust with my car for repairs and maintenance has always been a challenge. After taking my 2007 Edge in for a repair in 2015, I knew my search was over. Clay has always been reliable and upfront about what my car needs. He's always greeted me with a smile and a handshake and is always a pleasure to talk to. He's very respectful and direct. He cuts through the BS and is always patient with my questions. And he takes the time to clearly explain anything I'm not familiar with, going as far as to Google a part to show me what he's talking about. He's earned my trust, and my business, for as long as he's running the shop!
