I went in for state inspection. They do walk-ins only but I was in and out in 5 mins!! Quickest I've seen ever :)

I had a gridding sounds when I apply the brakes at the front right of my car. I called Austin's Automotive Specialists closet to my house. They said they were packed and wouldn't be able to fit me until next week. They were nice and suggested another location. So called the other location and they were able to fit me in that day. I dropped my car off and told them about the noise and the problem I was having. I was told I would get a phone call with my estimate. I never received a phone call but I got an email with the estimate to fix my gridding sound. It was $1000!!! What! The estimate was for a complete brake job. That wasn't what I was asking for. I picked my car up and brought it home. My husband took off my front tires and examined my brakes. There must of been some dirt or something because now I don't hear the gridding sound. Thank you to my husband.

They do good, honest auto work, busy so schedule an appointment.

I have a trip coming up out of state, and recently noticed that there was a panel under my car that was dragging on one side. I could see enough to tell it needed to be re-bolted, but there was no way to do it myself. I showed up this morning right at opening without an appointment and asked if they could help. They got me in immediately, fixed the issue, and I was on my way within 20 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful! I will absolutely be using them again for my future vehicle needs.
