Great customer service. Very professional.

Service was awesome. I had a a/c problem and being from out of town I didn’t know who to go to. Austin automotive took care of me in a timely manner and fix my problems. They also have awesome customer service! If I’m even in the area again and have car problems I will definitely go back to them.

They did a great job on my truck. Had two oil leaks, AC needed charging and they fixed the leak on the AC line as well. There were more issues that they identified and corrected. What we liked the most was that they inspected the truck found the issues and gave us a quote on the repairs. We could either pay for all the repairs at once or scheduled appointments to fix them to fit our schedule. They didn’t perform any work prior to us authorizing it. We gave them the go ahead to do all the work and these gentlemen worked on the truck even after hour’s to get the truck out the next day. Will definitely be bringing all our vehicles here for servicing. Thanks to Jerome and the crew at Austin’s Automotive Specialist’s on Crystal falls parkway in Leander.

Andy is such a great manager and works so well with his great team of mechanics, and push thru even when understaffed! Prices are reasonable and the work gets done in a professional timely manner. Don't ever change!

Excellent Service really. I called for an appointment after a Google search found these guys. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional straight to the point and honest as I also know my way around a vehicle. Had the AC blower motor Replaced and an oil change. They didn't try to upsell me anything or told me something else was wrong like many other places. Everything was fair and relatively fast. Ill be back.
