Have been using Hutto Austin Automotive for 10+ years now. I put a lot of miles on my vehicle and don't want to give it up. Friendly staff, excellent costumer service. The manager even showed me on my car what needed to be repaired and why. One of the staff dropped me off at home so I didn’t have to wait at the shop.

I made an 8 days previously appointment at 8 am I left my car and return 7 hours after. (3 pm) they didn’t make nothing I got my car use another service shop

Resolved by diagnosis and learning last oil change didn't secure the cap - easily resolved. Then she wanted to take a little more time to be sure issue was fully resolved, it was.
