I was traveling through the area on a book signing tour, and my vehicle's brakes decided to take a powder. I had important appointments scheduled in another city for the next day. Patrick and his crew provided excellent and timely customer service. Their maintenance was top notch and exceeded my expectations. I will recommend them to my friends.

This place is awesome. Fast service, and very helpful friendly staff who go out of their way to give great customer service. They completely turned my bad day around. Also the facility is clean, and has comfy chairs and a drink vending machine in the lobby.

So happy I got my brakes done there. They were honest and precise. I had an estimate from another shop that didn't even take the time to examine my brakes and they wanted more than twice the cost at Brake Specialist. I will be back!

These guys always take care of us! Honesty from those in an industry that you know nothing about yet need a service for is invaluable. These guys will always give it to you straight. Without any fluff. They've never tried to sell me more than I need, offer the greatest price they can and the customer service is outstanding. I can't believe I'm writing such a passionate review for Brake Specialists but... there you have it!

Got my front brakes replaced here this week and they did an excellent job! Everyone was really nice and the wait wasn't bad at all. So happy with my experience here.

We have been going to Brake Specialists in Buda for over 2 years now and we will continue to go back to Tom and his staff because of their great customer service and outstanding quality work on our vehicles. As a former Marine, Tom is a Veteran and we need to support our Veterans!!!

I LOVE this place!!! I cannot say enough great things about it. It is so wonderful to be able to walk in and Clay know exactly who I am. I used to have my dad take care of all my car stuff, but with me living so far I was scared to take it anywhere. After all, I had heard how so many ladies tend to get ripped off. Well luckily I walked in here, they put me at ease and are more than willing to call my dad and give him a detailed reason for why they must replace something. I sent my roommate here after she moved down from Kansas and she was also thankful, because of course, Clay put her at ease and she knew her car was in good hands. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have never been so happy with a shop, the service they provide, the staff, and the price! If you car needs love and care, this is the place to take it to!
