Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

The service was done within the time promised! They inspected my car and identified that I don’t need any adjustments . Most other places will try to find reasons on how to charge for a service not required. Well satisfied with their approach and the front desk guy Stan was very friendly and respectful.

I had been told by an auto parts store that I needed to have my alternator replaced. I came here for the service because they gave me the best price. When they tested my system, the alternator was fine. No charge for test and I didn’t have to pay for an unnecessary repair.

I have been dealing with Clay and his crew at Austin’s in Cedar Park for a couple of years now. Always polite and knowledgeable. Always treated with respect!

I usually go to the Austin Automotive on Parmer but moved recently and this one's closer to me. When my Subaru popped a few lights unexpectedly and began to feel strange I immediately called and asked if I could bring it in. The woman answering (and I suspect managing) the store was SO friendly and kind. She quickly pulled the codes while I waited and of course, they were transmission codes. Ugh. I agreed to leave my car for the day to do diagnostics and I was surprised when she offered to have someone drive me home, an extension I accepted. I had a safe drive home and when she called later, she let me know I had 2 celenoids to repair and gave an estimate. I approved the work and it was completed the next day and came in hundreds UNDER the estimate. The work also came with a 2 year warranty. I think what I learned today was that regardless of the location, Austin Automotive's level of professionalism is consistent and reliable. Here's hoping this Forester will be. ;)

Much the same as the last time i came here. I was a walk in with a hard stop timeline in need of a Mercedes battery replaced. They did not bat an eye, got right to work on it and had me out way before my deadline. Waiting area was clean and comfortable and the staff was kind and courteous. These guys will be my permanent car repair place.
