Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

Went to Austin’s Automotive for an oil change, and also asked them to see if they could diagnose why my car has recently had lower mileage. They didn’t find any issues for the latter, but did a thorough inspection of my car and discussed other potential issues with me. The whole team was very helpful and honest, and I will definitely be going back for future service! I recently moved to Austin, so I’m happy to have found a great auto shop.

Ryan! Ryan!! Remember that name when you get there, their customer service is excellent, I can't speak so much about their prices because I did not have an extensive repair, nonetheless they made savvy recommendations that saved me from unnecessary expenses. Their Honesty is gold anytime!

They are always honest and fair on the repairs and even helped remind me to take my car to the makers dealership to get a recall completed. Always friendly and helpful. Some places might be cheaper, but I’ll tell you from experience you will pay in the long run. If you want honest friendly help with your vehicle, go by and see them on your next scheduled maintenance.

Incredibly helpful and reasonably priced.

I would like to update my review experience. So far the service provided has met my expectations. The process of repairing the cooling issue has moved forward to completing the repair as needed. The front counter service representatives have been informative and provided the highest level of customer service. My vehicle issue is not an easy issue to resolve but with time and skilled service my A/C has been resolved. Just in time for our record breaking heat summer into fall of 2022. Forward 5 months I noticed a mystery oil leak one morning. I called to schedule for Andy, my service representative contact to have a look. He suggested a time to drop off vehicle to have the vehicle lifted for inspection of the under carriage. The problem was a loose oil filter. The vehicle was due for an oil change and had my car vehicle back in a matter of hours. I have to say I am so grateful for having found and used Austin Automotive Specialist for my automotive services this summer. Thank you one and all at Austin Automotive Specialist !!!

Professional, honest, timely, appropriately priced and most importantly great customer service!

I went in today after a quick phone call with Andy in which I briefly explained my check engine light was suddenly on, and tossed him a few theories. He said he'd do a diagnostic for me to pull the codes. He ended up fixing my problem in about 20 minutes and did not even charge me (a cap had fallen off). Thank you, Andy, for your kindness and expertise! Unbelievable service.
