Incredibly kind and efficient staff, they were very upfront and honest about which maintenance should be a priority. Fairly priced as well, which I appreciated. Will definitely be using them for any car issues.

We were referred by a close friend and were not disappointed. The service was quick, delivered on time, and reasonable. They took care of the issue with our vehicle and did not try to upsell us on other services. We will definitely be using Austin’s Automotive Specialists in the future.

Went here for an exhaust issue. They took a look and decided that they needed to send me to an exhaust specialist. I just appreciate the honesty, the good recommendation, and how they treated everyone else that was in there while I was waiting for them to look at my car. Will definitely come next time I have an issue!

Was not sure what the issue was and made the appointment at the W. Cannon location. They were responsive, texted me with photos and comments about what they found. They were honest with pricing and my overall experience was fantastic. Will be using them again next month to correct some of the issues they found. I trust them. Thanks Austin Automotive!

I came here to get new wheels and tires for my truck. I was informed of my choices and advised of the pros and cons of each. I was extremely satisfied with the choice I made on both as well as the price I paid. The work was performed efficiently, and in no time I was rolling down the road with some sharp looking new wheels and treads on my truck. When next in need, I’ll be sure to use them again as well as advising my friends on how well I was taken care of. A big pat on the back to Austin the Assistant Manager for his professionalism and speed of service!
