Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

I love this place! The manager, Jerome is absolutely amazing. He strives to get you a fair price on everything. The other staff I've met are warm, friendly and have always done an amazing job. Plus, they offer to drop you off and pick you up while your car is getting worked on.

This place was great! I called them this morning and they got my car fixed in no time, and picked me up to get it back! Super friendly staff as well. Would definitely go back if I need car repairs. Also my car needed to be towed to the shop and they recommended the very nice man who came to get my car. Overall a pleasant experience for a not good situation, as in my car won't work!

Jerome, the manager of this particular location, is incredibly friendly, warm, and brings the human element to your experience! What a wonderful customer experience at an automotive establishment. Much better than any Jiffy Lube. Highly recommended.

After my serpentine belt broke while visiting from Dallas - a stranger recommended this place. They were fast and efficient !! Great customer service. Tell Ron I said � hi.

I have to say that this by far was the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic. I was in Austin for a track meet (I live roughly 4 hours away) and my car broke down. I have extended warranty coverage on my vehicle did a quick search and found this shop was not too far from where I was located. I calles them and right off Todd was very concerned and sympathetic. They were closing and we couldn't make it to them. But first thing the next morning we attempted to drive there and got so close but my car could not make it. I called them multiple times and they helped me out with finding a tow truck. Clay even went out of his way and came to us to take a look at what was going on. Unfortunately its my transmission but my car was towed to the shop and ita in good hands. They reassured me that they would start my claim, which they did. And we were able to make the track meet. They have stayed in contact with me the whole way and I can't thank them enough. If you're ever in Austin and your vehicle needs work. Check them out. Todd and Clay are great!

Been taking my vehicles here for the past 5 years. They are totally honest & dependable. I recently took my car in for a tune up. They found a problem I was aware of but hadn't addressed. Long story short, they charged me the same price as me buying the part online & doing it myself. Be sure to ask for a small Austin Automotive sticker to put somewhere on your vehicle & they give you a discount on your bill. I love this place. We have tried two or three other auto shops in the area, but we won't go anywhere else since trying Austin's Automotive Specialistss. Their prices are by far the fairest and most affordable, and they're super friendly. I've had to stay and wait on occasion, but they have free WiFi and comfy furniture, so I could still work while they fixed up my car.
