Diagnostic was requested for a stalling jeep and the first diagnosis was incorrect and cost me around 600 dollars. Upon getting the jeep back, after paying for various sensors that i was told was the problem, the same stalling accired repeatedly the next day. I then returned to explain they had fixed nothing and i would like another diagnosis and explained what i would like the diagnosis steps to be. I shouldnt have to tell the "pros" how to do their job. After the second diagnosis was done more thoroughly i was then told it was the PCM which oddly enough costs around 600 dollars. So my all around reveiw is this place robbed me of 600 dollars for 2 sensors that were unnecessary.
We are sorry you were unhappy with our service. Everyone wants to just change 1 part and think all is good. We confirm each and every part is in fact bad before we replace it. Neither your crank nor cam sensor while getting its 5 volt reference was returning any signal to your PCM. They had to be replaced to see if your issue was resolved before any additional testing could be performed. You cannot pass up a known bad part as all reading past that part would be inaccurate. When 1 part goes bad it can take out others in electrical systems
