Parts pricing was a bit steep but Eric did try to earn my business by lowering the prices twice for me. At the end of it I bought my own parts much cheaper and paid them for the labor to install new front and rear Bilstein 5100 shocks on my truck. They got me in and out in a few hours. LISTEN TO ME: I feel strongly that mechanic shops should be regulated do two seemingly unethical practices. I kid you not, this place treat you with the most respect the best pricing and the most trusted service anywhere in the city of Austin. I am baffled by the level of customer service professionalism and quality of work. DO NOT go anywhere else! I’m sure this sounds cheesy, but it is the truth the manager there by the name of Jerome was working tirelessly to get pricing within my budget and in the meantime remembered details about myself my wife our baby on the way and we struck up chit chat. This place is friendly and professional all around, and I will absolutely never go elsewhere

Have been coming here for a few years. Surprised to see all the negative reviews, I've never had a bad experience with these folks. They always take care of my car quickly and I think their prices are good. Most recently, Darren went out of his way to get me money back on a dead battery that still had some warranty left on it. EXCELLENT!!! I have been going to Austin's Automotive Specialistss (AAS) (Buda location) for over 5 years now. No one likes to get major care repair done, but the staff at AAS are great. I was sorry to hear that Tom T. left for another opportunity but he was great to work with and I hope the current staff carries on Tom's outstanding customer service quality. AAS is also "military friendly" and provides a military discount!! As long as I am in the Buda area, I will continue to go to AAS for my car repair and general maintenance needs. My Expedition's AC died in this hot Texas heat and engine about to die on I35. Luckily for me, I rolled into Austin's Automotive Specialists just in time. (Also Yelped before I made it there.)Awesome customer service (Andy was great),great communication in what needed to be done, quick in fixing my truck with all the problems, & reasonably priced! My 2013 Toyota Tundra had a Brake issue. Jerome professioinally and politely provided outstanding Customer Service, diagnosed the issue, and corrected the problem. These guys are very experienced mechanics who understand how to treat a Customer. This is a great place to take your vehicles . They get U in and out in a timely manner. They are reasonable and do a great job. They don’t try to talk U into doing anything not needed ! I’ve been quite satisfied with all that they have done on the Red Dragon ( Kia Soul)
