Had a very good experience with a full engine replacement. They connected me with a tow company and were able to include the tow on my bill. The manager gave a very detailed explanation of the work that would need to be done and an itemized quote, the work was completed in less than a week, when I picked up my truck I was given a detailed overview of the work completed, the warranty and follow up steps needed for breaking in the engine. My final price matched the initial quote. Overall I had a very good experience and would recommend this location. I went in for the whole brake/rotor change and was very impressed with this place on a number of levels. Fast/fair quote, work was done in a very timely manner and I was kept up to date via auto-text messages. Gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and easy to deal with. I scheduled an Alignment appointment for 10:30am, I called to say I was running 15 minutes behind. They said we will take care of you no problem. I was greeted by a true professional in the automotive industry, Paul. He asked what I was experiencing with my Audi, I told him about an abnormal tire wear pattern. No problem, we'll check it out. I waited for the alignment to be performed, the mechanic finished on the promised time. He took time to greet me as well. They provided me a printout explaining the before and after adjustments. If you're looking for an honest Automotive Shop which treats you with respect; with a very comfortable (Internet & TV) waiting area, I would highly recommend you give Paul a call or stop in and say hi and let them take a look at your vehicle. They are always honest and efficient. I have been taking my 2014 Equinox to them for 4 yrs. They do not push extras on me when they change the oil. I have had the check engine light come on 3 times this year. The last time they could not find anything wrong with it, so they cleared it and told me to come back if it came on again.They did not charge me for this. The Round Rock location is friendly and clean.
