Had a nail in my tire. Forrest at the 8405 research location made a temporary repair and sent me to the round rock location to replace the tire. Andy at the Round Rock location took care of the tire replacement. He looked over my car to make sure I had no other issues. My commute to work 90 miles a day. So glad to find a repair shop with service you can relay on. I will recommend Austin's Automotive Specialist to all my family and friends.

I’m so glad that I found this shop about 2 yrs ago. As a female it’s hard to find mechanic shops that you feel have your best interest. The first time I got my oil change on an older car. This second time I had a check engine light come on and the first place I could think of was Austin’s Automotive and I just happened to be about 2 blocks away. Again Andy was there and the service was done and I got very useful information. I love the customer service and the fact that he explains and gives you truthful Information.
