This is a revised review because I gave a bad rating the first time around due to a misunderstanding. I circled back with AAS after being disappointed about an initial AC repair. In my original review I cited that after having A/C topped off and initially being told it had no leaks, the AC went out a couple of weeks later. There ended up being a leak in the line that needed to be repaired. On my 2nd visit, they replaced the leaky line and were nice enough to not charge for the coolant refill. At the end of the day, it was only a minor inconvenience to have to take to the shop a 2nd time and didn't cost me anymore than if I had had the leak fixed the first time. . The service is very fast and the communication was good. I would recommend AAS to others in the future.

We understand your frustration and apologize for any confusion there might have been…or poor communication on our part. Our practice is to only perform work that the customer has approved prior. If your AC is still not working, we do have a 3 year/36k mile warranty on our service so you can bring it back and we can take another look.
