I was not called once. These people will take advantage of you if you are not educated on what’s wrong with your vehicle. They upcharge like crazy , so unless you’re not worried about that , then go for it! The reception nava is very rude. I told him i’ll be going to someone else , and when i asked what was wrong with the car he just laughed and smilled condescendingly and said nothing. The guy that had done the inspection was luckily at the front and he did describe a bit what was wrong with my car , i didn’t get his name but he definitely deserve some recognition. Other then that gentleman, from the people i met , were rude, only care about the money aspect, and have no kind of compassion, integrity or ethics. I paid $165 for something that autozone could have told me. I recommend any other place!
Sorry you felt your experience at our shop was not up to your expectations. As we noted with you, our diagnostic of your check engine light was going to be more in depth than a simple code pull you can get at a parts store as it would not truly identify the source of the issue. Due to the complexity of diagnostic we do have to charge a small fee for the time it takes. If we were not clear about that we apologize and would love another chance to prove ourselves to you.
