Stopped by the shop and had to make an appointment just to have my vehicle looked at for 4 days later. On the day of my appointment, I dropped off my vehicle at the time of my appointment at 9:30am and was told I would have to leave it all day?!? When I showed up at the time I told them I needed it ready for pick up at 3:30pm, it was still not done. Then got the quote which was overpriced and very unclear! Even had things on the quote that was not why I brought my vehicle in. Took it to another shop for a 2nd opinion and was quoted $2000 less!
Hi John. We do apologize for the time it took to get your vehicle fully diagnosed as that is not typical. There was quite a bit to diagnose and report back to you so we can see how that could have been confusing. And while we shared our digital vehicle inspection and pictures to help, we clearly could have done a better job explaining the issues we found and what was important related to why you brought the vehicle in, and what other items to keep an eye on for down the road were. In regards to price, we work hard to make sure our pricing is competitive with the market. And we use quality parts that we believe will last and outperform others. Again, sorry for the time it took to get your vehicle diagnosed and for any communication issues. We hope you give us a chance to prove ourselves to you in the future. Thanks.
