I've never felt more comfortable at a auto repair business. Melissa has a communication style that puts you completely at ease. She explains things clearly. I went in with a laundry list of issues. The ones that needed fixing were fixed, a hard to get part ordered and the the stuff that didn't need fixing was explained. I was told my tires and brakes were just fine and when I could expect to need to replace them. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Andy took care of me and the repair was covered under warranty. They got my truck back to me with a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint is that I had to make an appointment for my repair and this was two weeks out. I was not able to use my truck during this time Since I was under warranty I could not take it elsewhere. I don't know what the solution to this is. Maybe more mechanics or more stalls or both not sure. It does put the customer at a disadvantage when he can not use his vehicle for two weeks. I saw a customer walk out because he refused to wait. Business lost can not be good. All in all besides the wait to get repaired I am a happy camper! Thanks Andy!

I needed a new alternator, and the Volvo dealership couldn’t get me in for a month! That wasn’t acceptable, so I tried Austin Automotive. I’m really glad I did! They have reliable and fast service. The manager Emery really went the extra mile. They definitely have my business for any of my future needs.
