Great guys here. They did good work. The only reason I'm giving a 4 is because I found out I could have gotten the work done for less at the dealership.

Thanks for the review Jeremy. Their are times we are not cheaper than the dealership. Especially if we have to get part through them. But, we don't keep your cars for days for repairs.

The first time I went to Austin's Automotive Specialistss was at the South Lamar flagship. I had an unbelievably positive experience. The level of professional workmanship combined with unparalleled 5 star customer service made me a customer for life. I was sad to see that shop go. However, Justin and Andy and the whole crew at the W. William Cannon store have demonstrated that this aspiration to excellence is not a one-off occurrence. I now have a new home-base store and will continue to rely upon AAS for all my repair needs, and will continue to recommend AAS with the highest confidence.

Just worked with Andy and the team for the first time. I ordered new headlight assemblies for my Forester and needed help with the labor changing them out. They did a great job, for a great price, and very fast. Great first experience!

I took my car in on a Saturday because my auxiliary function had stopped working in my car and Justin was nice enough to look at both of the fuse boxes to see if one had been blown. So I wouldn’t have to take it to a dealership & spend 3x the amount to replace the entire radio, he suggested I just go buy a $5 aux cord and try to connect it. He explained that it was probably just that since I had removed the aux cord, the radio probably wasn’t recognizing the aux component. So I did and it started working again! Justin- thank you SO much for taking the time to explain and having the patience for my questions. A little service goes a long way, and you’ve now got a customer for life!

Had to have my ac recharged a few months ago. Justin, the service writer, was very nice and professional. The tech as well was great, I don't remember his name. The shop was clean, waiting area was comfortable and the pricing was less than two other shops quoted me.
