My 2013 Toyota Tundra had a Brake issue. Jerome professioinally and politely provided outstanding Customer Service, diagnosed the issue, and corrected the problem. These guys are very experienced mechanics who understand how to treat a Customer. This place is great ! You have the best manager & a great staff who love their job. They work fast &do an amazing job. Not only do they tell you what is wrong with your car they also educate you . I would recommend this place to anyone :)

UNREAL! Seldom do I write reviews, but this guy and his service shop deserves the recognition in every way. This is the 3rd time I've been here and EVERY TIME there is the kindest, most truthful and sincere service I've ever experienced at a service center. Jerome (the gentleman up front), has undercut the competition on pricing and quality of work each and every time. . Especially as a woman, I never feel taken advantage of due to my lack of car knowledge. I've absolutely sworn that I wont' be visiting any other service center in Austin because this service is absolutely a rareity. So many sincere thanks and appreciation to Jerome and his team. Wow.

These guys were very helpful! I took my car in to their shop to do a pre-buy check of a used vehicle I was hoping to buy. They gave me very honest and accurate information concerning the car. The manager, Jerome, himself was very helpful to me. They were vary thorough. I'm impressed with them. I wish I lived closer to this mechanic so I could come here more often.

I will take my vehicle back when I need more work on my car. Discount Tire referred me for a needed wheel alignment, and I am happy that I went. They fit me in "same day" and I am grateful for that alone. Jerome was at the front desk and chatted with me a bit while they worked on my car. There are drinks, magazines to read, and a tv to watch too. Thanks guys!!

Fast service at an affordable price. Jerome is super helpful, friendly, and makes the waiting experience super enjoyable. Love that they have coffee, and other drink options available. Would be super cool if they had some snacks/vending machines for those who have to wait a long time on their cars. Other than that, this is my new go-to car repair shop.

This place has great service. Nice and quick! The manager Jerome is very friendly and helpful! This place was highly recommended by a friend and I only come here for all my car needs. They offer coffee and water!!! Tip: It would be nice if they have breakfast on Fridays. Tacos or donuts would make this experience that much better!!!!! Thanks for the wonderful service!

You won't find a better auto shop in Austin. These guys hands down are the absolute best at what they do; you get pictures of every component and part that they inspect, they're extremely thorough and never miss a thing, and most importantly, they're honest to a fault. I've always had issues with the dealership charging me for more than I need and that's never once happened here. I can't say enough good things about Jerome and his team; they will forever have my business.
