I have been looking for a reliable mechanic for about 2 years to work on my 09 Tahoe, some try to take advantage and some just want to keep adding things that i dont need. I called Austin Automotive Specialists already thinking “ it will probably be another place money hungry”, they had a pretty flexible schedule, took my car there and it surprised me, in a good way that they quoted to fix my car on what EXACTLY i asked for, and it was a super fair price! Not only that, they found a safety hazard in my car, easy fix, they let me know of it and fixed for me with no cost, which proves to me how they care about their costumers safety and they are not all about money. My car was ready on the same day. It made me so happy to finally find a place i will always take my car to! I hope they always keep like this. Thank you for taking care of my car, i depend on it so much. J
