It turns out that my issue could not be solved with Austin's automotive specialists (it was a tire issue), but they were very helpful and agreeable and accommodating. Andy took great care of me even though his company was not able to help me. I appreciate businesses like this so very much!

Melissa was great! They allowed me to keep my car there a few days. She explained to me in detail what my problem was. I will def go back there again.

I've used this company for many years. First in Austin and now in Round Rock. Both locations have been wonderful. Andy at the Round Rock location is friendly and patient. Prices are definitely better than dealers and if you're an AAA member you get a discount. All work on car done timely and done right the first time. Highly recommend this location.

Went to Austin’s Automotive for an oil change, and also asked them to see if they could diagnose why my car has recently had lower mileage. They didn’t find any issues for the latter, but did a thorough inspection of my car and discussed other potential issues with me. The whole team was very helpful and honest, and I will definitely be going back for future service! I recently moved to Austin, so I’m happy to have found a great auto shop.

Ryan! Ryan!! Remember that name when you get there, their customer service is excellent, I can't speak so much about their prices because I did not have an extensive repair, nonetheless they made savvy recommendations that saved me from unnecessary expenses. Their Honesty is gold anytime!

They are always honest and fair on the repairs and even helped remind me to take my car to the makers dealership to get a recall completed. Always friendly and helpful. Some places might be cheaper, but I’ll tell you from experience you will pay in the long run. If you want honest friendly help with your vehicle, go by and see them on your next scheduled maintenance.
