Today I had an oil change and a complimentary tire rotation. I was greeted by store manager, Ryan, who visited with me between customer arrivals and called me when my car was finished in just over an hour. It is always a pleasure doing business with Austin Automotive Specialists, Cedar Park, TX, for upkeep to my cars and knowing that the job will be done right the very first time.

Repairs were timely and reasonably priced. My thanks to Joe and Paul for providing me a lift home after drop-off and pick-up when car was ready. I had no way to get to and from during this repair.

As a female who doesn't know much about cars, it's hard for me to trust any auto shop. Austin Automotive tries pretty hard to earn my trust. Any time I've asked to see why they are recommending something, they have been so kind as to actually show me so I can see with my own eyes and don't have to wonder if I am just getting ripped off again. They've never talked down to me or put pressure on me unless they really feel like the service can't be put off. This time I needed a routine wheel alignment. Their price is about 25% better than the dealership's regular price, and Austin Auto was amazed that the dealership quoted me a 2 hour wait time on the service (they felt like that was way too long). With an appointment, Austin Auto has always been speedy with their service, and while I can't tell you the exact amount of time they took for the wheel alignment, it definitely wasn't 2 hours.
