These folks are the best mechanics in Buda. They’re honest and straightforward and they work hard to get you back on the road. The manager even arranged a ride home and back for me while I waited for the repairs on my vehicle to finish!!! Top notch service and customer care!!

I would recommend the team at Austin's to anyone looking for auto repair or auto body services. We were having some trouble with our tires and happened to pull into the shop while waiting for AAA. The store manager helped us out with advice and assitance and we weren't even paying customers! They were generous with their time and genuinely looked out for our best interests. Customer service doesn't get any better than that.

I went to Austin Automotive Specialists to have an alignment done after my husband had replaced the struts on my CRV. I ended up going back two different times that week. Russ the manager was great about explaining what my car needed and I will be visiting again for my car needs in the future. I have worked in Retail as a manager since 11/1993 and really appreciate finding people who genuinely love their jobs and strive to provide exceptional customer service. Russ is an excellent manager and his staff is honest and hard working. I highly recommend Russ and crew!

I needed to get an inspection for my truck and I had no idea where to go. I did a Google search for nearby places and Austin's Automotive Specialists in Buda popped up and had really good reviews. Russell the store manager provided me with excellent customer service and he was very polite. Being that we are in the middle of COVID-19, he was also very clean and careful. I recommend this shop and I will use it for future maintenance needs. The inspection tech Raekwon was also very quick and got me in and out.
