This mechanic was recommended to me by a coworker. I was having battery issues which turned out to be the alternator. I was told it would be a couple of days before they could get to it, but within a day it was ready. The staff were knowledgeable, and did not talk down to me because I am a woman. I would recommend Austin Automotive to anyone.

It’s rare to say about car repairs but I had a wonderful experience at Austin Automotive. I went in for a check engine light and when they discovered there wasn’t an actual issue they didn’t charge me a dime. They made sure to explain things thoroughly to me and were honest about issues.
