We had a very odd issue with our Accent that had befuddled the dealer ship and others. Only through Andy's ability to isolate and troubleshooting, which included even driving the car (because the error would not generate). They were able to diagnose and resolve our clutch sensor issue, which according to the internets is like find and capturing a gremlin. Thanks y'all!

Needed an oil change and an AC recharge on a vehicle I was trying to sell. Staff was very polite, understood what I was trying to accomplish, and got everything done in a timely manner. Nice, clean waiting area with bottled waters, vending machine, TV, and plenty of magazines.

Andy and his staff are excellent and totally trust worthy. Thanks to the great service I have always received, my 2008 Toyota Avalon has over 308,700 miles. Quite a surprise to everyone the original struts are still on the car. They have done all of the maintenance on 2 F150 PUs, 1999 Avalon and this Avalon for me. I recommend them highly and it is a place where women can feel safe and know if they are recommended to have to have something service, the service is necessary.

Great experience. Made an appointment, they were quick and professional. Also very fairly priced. Another shop wanted to charge the equivalent amount of what Austin's Automotive Specialistss charged me to fix the problem just for a diagnostic on a simple lighting issue. Highly recommended. Love this place, been coming 15 years and brought them 3 cars. All work is always explained clearly, done in a timely manner with regular updates. I hate it when I have to go to the dealership for warranty service just because I'd rather give these guys my business and money.

Austin Automotive helped me out after a horrible situation at Hackney Auto Repair Shop just a couple of miles away where Hackney overcharged for parts and labor and they didn't perform any job. They scam people like me without any mechanical knowledge and take every dollar from my wallet. Hackney needs to be shut down! Austin Auto is the place to go.
