Called this location as one of my fleet vehicles went down nearby. They got me in asap as soon as I walked in and got us back on the road once they found out the issue. This place has rockstar employees and Robert at the front desk is awesome! Will definitely be using these guys at this location again.

I called Austin Automotive Specialists in Cedar Park and reached Ryan who told me I could come in for an Annual Inspection right away. Even though they appeared very busy, they completed the inspection quickly and sent me on my way. They were very friendly and efficient and the waiting room was comfortable.

Absolutely excellent service. I had an oil leak that I discovered about a month ago and took my car into another shop to get it looked at, and they told me it was the oil pan. Took it here to get a second opinion and I'm so glad I did. Turns out it was a loose valve above the pan that was leaking, not the oil pan itself. Had I not taken it here, I would've had to pay $400 to replace an oil pan that wasnt even leaking and still would've had the same problem. They even looked at my car for free and topped my oil off for me. Melissa really knows her stuff. I will absolutely be taking my car here again!

I have been to this business a couple times. The staff has been courteous for the most part. On my last visit (4 years ago), I noticed they put a cover between the waiting area and where the cars are serviced, which is something I found odd to be done at a later date. They charge quite a bit for an oil change, compared to a local dealership, and the change to the car service window viewability, where the reasons why they lost my business.

I had an unexpected breakdown while visiting family in Texas. Austin’s automotive were very helpful, gave me a quote and were able to fix my SUV quickly so I was able to return home. I would strongly recommend them for any repairs you may need!
