I needed to get an inspection for my truck and I had no idea where to go. I did a Google search for nearby places and Austin's Automotive Specialists in Buda popped up and had really good reviews. Russell the store manager provided me with excellent customer service and he was very polite. Being that we are in the middle of COVID-19, he was also very clean and careful. I recommend this shop and I will use it for future maintenance needs. The inspection tech Raekwon was also very quick and got me in and out.

I have been taking my car here since we moved to the area about a year ago. I don't know a lot about cars, so I always get nervous when getting work done because I don't want to be taken advantage of. At Austin Automotive, they educate you if you don't understand something and I never feel like they are taking advantage of my lack of auto knowledge. They are always so nice!
