Due to a defective part, The tech couldn't finish until today. Ha came in ON HIS DAY OFF and finished and I got my car today. Above and beyond!! Great shop and staff.

Andy took care of me and the repair was covered under warranty. They got my truck back to me with a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint is that I had to make an appointment for my repair and this was two weeks out. I was not able to use my truck during this time Since I was under warranty I could not take it elsewhere. I don't know what the solution to this is. Maybe more mechanics or more stalls or both not sure. It does put the customer at a disadvantage when he can not use his vehicle for two weeks. I saw a customer walk out because he refused to wait. Business lost can not be good. All in all besides the wait to get repaired I am a happy camper! Thanks Andy!

I’ve had good service at the Volvo dealership, but they’re always booked so full. I needed an alternator, and they couldn’t get me in for a month! That wasn’t acceptable, so I tried Austin Automotive. I’m really glad I did! They have reliable and fast service. The manager Emery really went the extra mile. Any future needs for my Volvo will definitely be brought here. Highly recommend.
