Great service but be careful what u say because they could potentially screw you out of your extended warranty.

I'm sorry Zac, We have nothing to do with what decisions extended warranty companies make. We just give them an honest diagnosis and facts. From there it's up to them what is covered. We do not screw people over as you put it, nor do we screw over warranty companies.

Took my hummer in to have the ac fixed along with other things. And after 3 time of having to take it back. My AC only worked for a day. I won’t be taking it back a fourth time.

Melissa, we're sorry you feel this way. Feel free to give us a call; we'd be happy to address any questions/concerns. Thank you.

These guys are seriously the best! They have helped me out twice when I’ve been in a bind and all the mechanics in town were booked for weeks! They give the best advise with genuine empathy and don’t brush you off even when they are booked solid. Feels like I’m talking to a helpful Uncle that cares about my safety on the road. Definitely coming here for my future automotive needs.

Thank you Emily.

The customer service here is phenomenal. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! Emery, the manager, was very kind and helpful. Him and his staff got my car fixed up in a timely manner. I’ll definitely be returning!

Thank you Myranda! We will be here when you need us.

I sent my car in for a clutch replacement after the throwout bearing died on me. When I picked the car up after the service I had to limp home in 2nd and 4th gear because I couldn't get it to engage in 1st or 3rd at all. I have video of the throwout bearing screaming the last time I drove it before towing it to the shop and that video shows me having no issues actually hitting all 5 gears. I called the shop back to tell them about this and they immediately deflected saying my syncros were bad and they wouldn't do anything about it since they don't do internal transmission work. I found the issue this morning. The shift stopper bolts were adjusted so far out the lever was hitting it and preventing it from fully engaging into gear. After readjusting that I can hit all the gears just fine again. This is something you would think they would catch if they test drove and checked their work. I don't even know why you would need to readjust those bolts if you weren't doing any actual transmission work. On top of that they threw away my interior matching charcoal grey shift knob for a black one that no longer matches my interior. There was nothing wrong with the old knob. Three stars because the new clutch feels great but I won't trust this shop with my car again.

I am sorry. I looked into this and found we did not make any adjustments. There is usually no need to adjust linkage when replacing a bearing. Adjustment like this are usually done trying to modify the throw of the shifter for performance reasons. not something we do.

I requested to balance 4 wheels on my ford mustang. Sounds like simplest procedure that possible. The guy who balanced my wheels broke my rim center cap. I understand everything but it wasn’t mistake. He didn’t remove the cap and put wheel on the stand, off course the cap pushed out, dropped to the floor and scrolled all the way in garage.. ok, again, I understand everything, the guy maybe just make mistake, didn’t see the cap, but NO, he repeated this procedure for all 4 wheels!! As a result they lost some pieces of my caps. That’s good that car is pretty new, and plastic pieces just go out instead of broke.. The second point that they tried to make tire rotation for my wheels that are different width in front and rear and cannot be rotated. I just stop the guy when he already bolted first rear wheel to the front. As a result they found one of my pieces, another one they ordered. When I come to the next day they said that found my second piece. That’s totally negative experience for so simple procedure like tire rotation, what can they do with some more complex job that not visible for customer? Fall down bolt to cylinder block? Moreover I am looking for all process, and even that doesn’t push them to do job more carefully. I go to this guys because they have good reviews, and some famous brand because I wanted good quality, smooth process and careful behavior. I paid for that 85$ for wheels balancing comparing to some “garage” shops can do for 40$. I expected for quality but..

I am sorry Vladimir. I will definitely look into this.
