I used their service a few times and was always satisfied. But after recent oil change I asked for tire rotation and was rejected because a person who did tire rotation had "bad back" and couldn't do rotation for me. What on earth was that? Should I bring a massage therapist or manual therapist next time to get my tire rotated?..

I am sorry for the issue with our Tech. We take our Tech's health very seriously. We want them back to 100% as soon as possible and sometimes that effects our services.

Had great service regarding an A/C leaking and another hose replacement. When I picked up my auto I noticed the back window that had been stuck for weeks rolled down/open, was now rolled - up nice and tight. They noticed this and fixed this at no charge. Now that is great service!!! - taking the time to do that extra thing, Thank you!

I took my car to get my sway bar links to be replaced. My problem continued after they tried to replace them and I took my car to the dealership, they said the sway bar links not installed properly the dealership removed and reinstalled same sway bar links and voila, the problem is resolved. I called them before this comment to talk about it, but they did not admit poor workmanship, and told me that I should have brought it back and because I brought my own part they don't give warranty. The part was a MOOG brand one which is known to be a very good quality suspension part manufacturer. Again the dealership did not have a problem making this part work. Anyway, just be careful about what you get yourself into when you take car to this place.

I am sorry for the issue with your Sway bar links. Please bring a copy of your dealership receipt to our shop and we will reimburse you for our service.

Avoid at all costs. Back in October, my car wouldn’t start routinely. I brought it in and mentioned that I thought it was the starter or battery. Paid over $800 to replace the alternator. The next day, the car won’t start again and I am stranded with my two children at a local business. They were nice enough to come “tighten up the loose ends” to restart the car. Two weeks later, same issue- intermittent success with starting the car. They looked it over again and said everything looked fine- “it must just be a fluke.” 2 months later, car doesn’t start again, and I bring it it again requesting that they look at the starter. They replaced my battery and changed my oil. They also offered to flush lines that they had already flushed 6 months ago. Here we are 6 months after the initial issue and the car will not start yet again. I brought it to the Honda dealership and they immediately diagnosed issues with the starter. The people may be nice, but they don’t actually fix the issue. I will NEVER return to this repair shop.

I am sorry JT. We do not replace a part unless we can verify it first. Your Honda apparently had an intermittent issue with it's starter. I will address with issue with our shop.
