Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

I went in for a couple of maintenance services at the Parmer location and received nothing but great service from their team. Given the timeframe I went by the location (Tuesday just a little after 1pm), I was out of there in 1.5 hours. Emery, the manager, and the gentleman in the front with him were so personable. Up front about quotes for services including with the filter changes I needed (didn’t have the time in my day to allot for an extra service unfortunately). They have recently stopped offering state inspections, but provided a suggestion and vouched for Stickers on Burnet. I’ve always gone to this location and have never had a problem with the services they offered!

The manager Rick was great he keep us informed on the progress and it was complete in a reasonable amount of time.

I needed to get my horn fixed. I called them, the got me in right away and had it ready the next morning. They were able to fix the radiator as well and got my oil changed. I was very satisfied with the work done and price was reasonable. I’m happy with the results and I will continue to use this place for all my cars.

Overall a good experience. First time customer here. So far, my car is operating great, they did a great job diagnosing a wheel/brake problem and fixing it, along with routine maintenance. My only complaint is that there was some grease left on the driver's seat. I was able to clean it off with some dish soap but obviously not ideal. I will still plan on coming back but details like this do matter.

The Leander store was able to fit me in right away, which I appreciated. I felt that my price quote for the battery and labor was high. I didn't have time to source pricing in the area so I went with the quote. I'm a little upset at the price quote since I've been a loyal customer for the past 3 years

I never post reviews but felt compelled to do so b/c the great service that Melissa, Eddie and team have provided. I have recently started using Austin Automotive for repairs for my Yukon Denali (brakes, shocks, etc). They take the time to diagnose and walk thru various options and make sure they get it right. Have always had a positive experience which is hard to do b/c circumstances surrounding a car repair are usually less than ideal.

The owner of this business truly cares about people. If things aren’t as they should be, they will 100% make it right. The world would be a better place if all businesses operated the way that the manager of this business runs his business.
