Prior to being acquired, I came to this location quite a bit. I’d have given them three stars then as the work was adequate with one notable exception when they replaced a battery and didn’t hook it up correctly. I’m sorry to say though that since their acquisition, things have just gone downhill. They’ve stopped doing inspections (which, while I sat there last time, like half the people walking in needed so it can’t be got lack of demand), they’ve changed computer systems so they’ve lost records from long time clients like me (meaning when a repair that’s less than a year old breaks again they have no history on the work, warranties, etc.), and when we agree that they’ll do repairs when a part comes in, I literally never hear from them again. I will personally not be returning here after this last visit. I wasn’t going to leave this review either but I’ve gotten several requests via text and email in the last week, so here you go…
Rebekah, sorry about your battery. State inspection will be coming back, state paperwork takes time. We have also not lost past records. We still have our old system and can access if needed. Our old owner was FANTASTIC. He got to retire after 44 years. He started his first shop in 1979, I have been here for 40 of them. He was very diligent in finding a new ownership. He could have sold his business for more. However he had his employees best interests in mind when selling. Our new corporation is great. Everyone stayed on after the acquisition. So our employees are the same, only with better insurance and benefits. You will not hear anyone complain here. So ,I'm sorry if you had any issues with us in the past. We always strive to improve and reviews such as your help us do that. Thank you for your review. I hope you may consider us in the future.
