Austin's Best Choice for Auto Repair

All the the people in the shop are great, my vehicle was repaired In a timely manner, I always bring my vehicle to Austin Automotive.

The staff at Austin Automotive have always been accommodating and transparent with my repairs. This visit was for an alignment of my 1992 Ford Ranger. Made an appointment online and was seen promptly. Alignment was done in a timely manner and I was able to pick her within 3 hours of dropping her off. I have had similar experiences with the work they have done on my 2009 Subaru Outback. I don’t hesitate to bring my vehicles here for any repair.

Manager, Forest, was rude and condescending. Will not be back.

I have been a customer of A.A.S for a few years. These guys are great. They treat me like family. Chris is a great person and his guys are very professional and courteous. They are my Car Shop. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. If you want your vehicle serviced or repaired Right. Go to A.A.S. Stop in and see Chris.

Professional service job for my brakes & shocks. Was notified throughout service process of work being performed (via text) and completion time. Even was informed on items that will need my attention at a later date. Scheduling with manager was a very good experience and I highly recommend this business for your vehicles.

On time, service performed quickly. They even questioned the need for the oil change since it was under 5000 miles…had it done as annual change on low mileage vehicle.

Worst customer service experience I have had in my life. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Stay AWAY. If I would have been treated differently my car would have been worked on .
