This place is the worst place ever they are crooks they tell you things that you don’t even need. I took it to another automotive shop and not only did they overcharge me with Austin automotive lied to me telling me things that I did not need. I am so pissed off. The manager is so rude and disrespectful. These people are crooks save your time and especially save your money, these people are in business to rip you off. I’ll take my car anywhere but this place.

Austin Automotive got me in quickly for a quick test to see if my warning light was indicative of a safety issue. They were honest enough to tell me there was no immediate danger, described the issue, and invited me back to run a complete diagnostic when I had time. The problem ended up stopping on it's own, but I so appreciated their honestly and no-pressure approach. I will go back whenever I need automotive work done.

Took my truck in for a same-day brake pad service and oil change. Front desk was attentive and friendly, made the process clear and seamless. Drove home the same day with the work done and zero hassle. It’s the simple things. Will be coming back!
