I brought my Lexus RX 300 into Austin automotive about five or six years ago and left it there for the day with instructions to do normal maintenance, due to a car with 60,000 miles, including brake work, which at the time I thought would’ve been needed. At the end of the day upon returning to pick the car up and pay my bill I got a very pleasant surprise from shop manager, Chris, who explained that my brakes were in great condition and would probably serve at least 20 or 30,000 more miles. My bill came to some $45.60 I was impressed. So much so that at the time I gave a commitment to return when the brakes did need replacement. That time is now and my appointment is set up for the first of the new year. This is a company with staff that I can trust. Honest assessments and fair prices. Mike Whaling .
