Been here twice now for my oil changes. Workers are very nice accommodating.

My car needed a battery replacement. They were able to swap out the battery and change the engine oil, all within an hour. Andy and the crew were knowledgeable, honest, and straight to the point of what the car needed. It’s been about a month and my car is running great! I recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car fixed.

Wes and his team are great I took my car to a national repair shop for inspection they told me that the rear tail light assembly had gone out and I would need another new one but they were no longer manufacturing the part for my car because it’s 21 years old and they don’t install aftermarket products. I asked did it pass smog and they said no and that was it they didn’t say Wyatt didn’t pass smog so Wes and his team saved my baby, they replaced the part that it needed and passed inspection with Flying colors

Once again Brandon saved my old car. It would not start and they located the problem quickly, he also located a new horn to replace my dying horn. Thank you thank you Brandon and the great people at Austin Automotive. I asked did it pass smog and they said no and that was it they didn’t say Why it didn’t pass smog So I shopped around and found Austin Automotive Wes and Brandon and the team saved my baby, they replaced the part that it needed and passed inspection with Flying colors On a second trip to repair they found other items that needed replacing. Most importantly they fixed the Air Conditioning it took a couple of days and three different hoses but Brandon persevered and now it’s like new. There are two simple reasons they have been in business for 46 years they are knowledgeable, reliable, and fair. Once again Austin Automotive comes through. You can make appts on the website. Save time don’t go anywhere else My son in law took his car to that other place and they are still scratching their heads !!!

Everyone was. Very nice but my brake lights were burnt out and you removed them but did not replace them, so I drove around for several days with no brake lights. Just glad I didn’t get a ticket. You need to review that tech who forgot to put new bulbs in. That’s a pretty spacey mistake
